When you get a refund
- We cannot deliver the code for the serial you provided – full refund.
- The code we delivered does not work and the serial you gave us was correct – we check it again, and if we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
When refunds are not possible
- The serial number provided was wrong or incomplete.
- The radio was locked permanently by repeated wrong codes before or after our code was entered.
