Up to 3 different serials every 24 hours per visitor – checking the same serial in another calculator does not count. Only use this for a radio you own. A wrong code can lock the radio for a while – check the serial before entering the code.

Entering a Becker code

Press the preset buttons that match the code digits, in order – for the code 21334 press 2, 1, 3, 3, 4 – then confirm as described in the manual (often a long press on the last button or the OK/Enter key). Wrong codes block entry for a while, sometimes for an hour or more (locked radio).

Becker truck radios

The truck database holds about 72,000 codes. The 8-digit key is the radio’s 4-digit model number followed by the last 4 digits of the serial; most model numbers start with 65, 55, 45, 35 or 25. For around 13,000 keys the original list holds no code – the lookup then offers our order form.

Frequently asked questions

How many presets does my Becker radio have?

Count the numbered station buttons on the front of the radio. The code can only use digits from 1 to that number, so choosing the right count is essential.

What is the plain 4-digit Becker code?

Some Becker radios use an ordinary 4-digit code with digits 0–9 instead of preset-based digits. If your radio asks for four digits and allows 0, use this calculator. It has been checked against the original software for all 10,000 possible serials.

What is the Becker truck lookup?

Becker radios in Mercedes trucks use an 8-digit key: the 4-digit model number followed by the last 4 digits of the serial. They are looked up in our database.
