Finding the serial
The serial is on the label on the radio case; Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge radios are usually held by screws behind the trim panel. Write the full serial down before you choose a calculator – the prefix decides which one is right.
Entering the code
Most of these radios show LOCKED or CODE. Type the code with the preset buttons and confirm as shown in the owner’s manual. After wrong codes the radio blocks entry for a while – see locked radio.
