Free radio code or paid service – which do you need?

If your radio's code can be calculated or is in a public database, you can get it free in seconds. You only need a paid service or a dealer when the code is not covered by any calculator – for example most newer Volkswagen, Honda and Nissan radios.

Frequently asked questions

Are free radio code calculators safe?

Ours calculate or look up the code on our server; you never need to create an account or pay. Always double-check the serial before entering the code in the radio.

Why do some websites charge for codes that can be calculated?

Many paid services use the same calculators and databases and charge for convenience. Check a free calculator first.
